For the government agencies, councils and publicly funded organisations we work with, engaging a creative supplier should be the easy part. We're pleased to make it easier: Kess Media is a prequalified supplier on the NSW Government's buy.NSW Advertising and Digital Communications Services Scheme (SCM2701), approved across the Production category.

What the scheme is

SCM2701 is a whole-of-government procurement scheme managed by the NSW Department of Customer Service. It lists suppliers who've been assessed and prequalified, vetted for quality, reliability and a proven track record, so government departments and agencies can engage them with confidence and minimal procurement friction. It isn't something you buy your way onto; suppliers are assessed on the strength of their work, their referees and their case studies before approval.

What we're approved for

Kess Media is approved under the scheme's Production capabilities, the hands-on craft of making visual content: concept development, photography, videography, photo editing and video editing. In other words, the exact work we do every day, from corporate and environmental photography to full video production, is now available to NSW Government buyers through an established, pre-vetted channel.

What it means if you're a government buyer

If you work in a NSW Government agency, council or government-funded organisation, you can engage Kess Media directly through the scheme. For many projects that means a simpler path. Lower-value engagements need just a single quote, and you get the reassurance that you're working with a supplier the NSW Government has already prequalified. We can provide proof of prequalification, relevant examples of past work, and a clear quote quickly, so you can keep your program moving.

The work behind it

Prequalification reflects work already delivered. We were engaged by the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) to provide full coverage of the Global Nature Positive Summit, a landmark event co-hosted by the NSW and Australian governments at ICC Sydney, bringing together more than 1,000 leaders from around 50 countries. We've also covered Transport for NSW teams taking part in major public events, including the City2Surf.

Part of a bigger picture

This sits alongside the other credentials that let us work confidently in government and regulated environments. We're a NSW Health Approved Vendor (#710644) and a CASA-certified drone operator (REOC & REPL, ARN #1283178). Government and regulated sectors already trust us to deliver; the buy.NSW scheme just makes that more straightforward.

If you've got a project in mind, campaign photography, an educational video series, event coverage or ongoing content, we'd love to hear about it.
