Medical and aged care content needs more care than a typical corporate shoot. Procedures have to be shown correctly, and the people on screen are often staff, residents or clients in sensitive settings. We plan for both from the first conversation.

Why it matters now

The Aged Care Act 2024, in force since November 2025, requires registered providers to train their workforce on rights-based care and the strengthened Quality Standards. Staff turnover in aged care and disability is high, and classroom training doesn't scale. Short, accurate, well-produced video modules do. The photography behind recruitment, reporting and communications needs the same accuracy and respect.

How we work

Care settings need a light touch. We keep the crew small, work around care routines, and make sure everyone on camera is comfortable and has given consent. Alex brings two decades of photography and video experience, and Kylie, our co-director, is a Registered Nurse who checks the clinical detail before anything goes out.
