Career pathway videos for aged care and disability sector

HumanAbility is a Jobs and Skills Council focused on aged care, disability, and community services. Industries facing real workforce shortages and a genuine need to shift how careers within them are perceived.

We filmed career pathways videos across the country, interviewing workers in aged care and disability support about how they got into the sector and why they stayed. From personal carers and enrolled nurses to operations managers and training leads. The goal was to make these careers feel aspirational rather than overlooked, and to give people considering a career change a real sense of what the work looks like from the inside.

We've partnered with HumanAbility multiple times now, and the trust that builds over repeat engagements makes a tangible difference to what ends up on screen. Ange Payne at HumanAbility has said as much. We feel it too.
